Delete your RotaHQ account

You can request deletion of your RotaHQ account and associated personal data using the RotaHQ mobile app or by contacting support.

How to request deletion

In the mobile appOpen More, then Account or Profile, and choose Delete account.
By emailIf you cannot access the app, email RotaHQ support. Send the request from the email address associated with your RotaHQ account where possible.

What happens after you request deletion

RotaHQ will verify the request where necessary.
Your account and associated personal data will be deleted when your request is processed.
Certain workplace records may need to be retained where necessary for legitimate purposes, including legal obligations, payroll or business records, security, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
Where retention is necessary, data is retained only for the necessary period and handled according to the RotaHQ Privacy Policy.

If you are the sole Owner

If you are the only Owner of an active RotaHQ business, ownership may need to be transferred or the workspace closed before account deletion can be completed.
